Coronavirus symptoms
Coronavirus 2019 or Covid-19 is a contagious
disease. The first known case was identified in
Wuhan, China, in December 2019. The disease has
since spread worldwide, leading to a pandemic.
Symptoms of Covid-19 often include fever, cough,
headache, fatigue, breathing difficulties, and loss
of smell and taste. Symptoms may begin one to
fourteen days after exposure to the virus.
30% of people who are infected, mostly youngsters,
do not develop noticeable symptoms.
55% develop develop mild to moderate symptoms.
10% develop severe difficulty breathing and need
oxygen piped into their lungs.
5% of those infected suffer critical symptoms, and
die of respiratory failure, shock, or multi-organ
dysfunction.
A much higher percentage of old people develop
severe symptoms. If there had been no vaccination in
New Zealand, about 50,000 Kiwis would have died,
mostly those 75 years old or older. If there were not
enough ICU beds as well as no vaccines,
200,000 Kiwis would have died.
Anti-vaxxers
The Pfizer vaccine used in New Zealand uses
messenger RNA to assemble copies of the corona
virus's spike proteins in our body,
stimulating our body to make the corresponding
Y-shaped antibody proteins.
In
about one vaccinated person in a million,
these synthetic virus spike protein molecules cause
inflammation of the heart muscle. This upsets
anti-vaxxers.
However the natural spike proteins of invading covid
viruses cause inflammation of the heart muscle in
about 8 unvaccinated persons in a million. Derr!
There was also a totally unfounded rumor that
mumps vaccine caused autism, and this has led to the
neurosis that all vaccines are dangerous.
